In the same way, given that our tool operates from your mobile device, we are completely excluded from any responsibility for its proper or faulty operation, as well as for its connectivity with the service provider. We are also not responsible for the absence or deficiency of mobile phone service that you or the final service provider contract. These situations are beyond our control.

We want to make it clear that we do not store, guard, or keep any information or data related to the service you have contracted with the final service provider. Our role, through our tool, is to be the necessary technological channel (software) to send the information or data produced by you to the final service provider. From that moment on, the said final provider is responsible for the handling, custody, or storage of such information or data. Therefore, the final provider is the one who holds, if necessary, the responsibility for establishing the relevant and necessary safeguards to prevent the violation, impairment, theft, or unauthorized access to such information or data.
