We integrate with Wildix so that now the calls you make from that digital platform can be managed in an integral way from SoftGuard. The integration includes the activation of a CHAT to establish communication on the part of the client with the monitoring center at any time. Wildix is compatible with SoftGuard’s SG LOGGER Module for recording telephone calls made. The calls made from Wildix are recorded in the SG LOGGER module and the real proof of what is spoken is recorded in the daily management of the monitoring area.
