On October 2, 2024, in Madrid, Dahua unveiled its latest innovation: the AirShield Wireless Alarm Panels. Representing SoftGuard at this key event, Javier González Gallego, our Director of Projects, showcased the seamless integration of our monitoring software with Dahua’s technology.
Our integrated platform with Dahua’s AirShield Wireless Alarm Panels allows for real-time alarm event reception and image capture. Through our SmartPanics app, end users can remotely control their alarm systems, adding a new layer of comfort and security to their daily lives.
We also introduced advanced video verification integrations, including RTSP, which enables live video, audio, and automatic recording. This heightened situational awareness ensures quick and efficient responses, minimizing false alarms and saving valuable resources for service providers.
Beyond basic integrations, we presented more advanced features such as bidirectional audio, live video, PTZ control, and multi-channel playback, allowing for even greater flexibility and enhanced monitoring capabilities.
Additionally, we announced upcoming enhancements, including P2P camera viewing via SmartPanics, giving users access to more features like PTZ, video recordings, and customized grid displays.
During the presentation, we highlighted Dahua’s advanced analytics, which can detect motion, line-crossing, tampering, illegal access, and more, all received in the SoftGuard platform for management and efficient response.
