We’re thrilled to share a new milestone in our story: SoftGuard now has a dedicated Regional Office in Peru! For over two decades, we’ve proudly supported our clients in Peru from our headquarters, but this exciting step allows us to be closer than ever to the businesses and professionals who trust us.

This new office represents our commitment to providing even more personalized, efficient, and locally adapted service. With a team on the ground, we can offer faster support and seamless implementations, ensuring you get the most out of our comprehensive monitoring system. In-person training sessions will also be available, helping you and your team unlock new levels of productivity and growth.

By operating locally, we’re making administrative processes simpler too. Billing and payments, including subscriptions to Ultra and support renewals, can now be handled directly within Peru, eliminating the complications of international transactions. More importantly, being present in the country allows us to better understand the unique needs and challenges of the Peruvian market, enabling us to design solutions that truly resonate with you.
