Real AI is coming to SoftGuard

In recent years, digital transformation has begun reshaping the way monitoring centers operate. At SoftGuard, we’ve chosen to double down on innovation and take a decisive step toward the future: integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our comprehensive security management platform.

What do we mean by AI—and why does it matter?

Today, many systems in the market promote automated features as if they were AI. But there’s a big difference. Automation follows pre-set rules (like sending a notification when an event occurs). AI goes much further — learning from data, understanding language, and making decisions in complex scenarios.

At SoftGuard, we believe in transparency and technical accuracy. That’s why we won’t say we have AI… until we truly do. When we say AI, we mean real cognitive technology that makes a measurable impact on your operations.

Our present: powerful automations already at work

SoftGuard already offers a range of smart automations that streamline operations, reduce operator workload, and enhance user experience. Some examples include:

  • Automatic event notifications (openings, closings, emergencies)

  • Signal escalation when operators don’t respond

  • Customized communication flows by event type

  • Automatic dispatch to authorities for faster intervention

  • Real-time video verification linked to events

  • Instant in-app replies for common user queries

These are high-value features — but they’re not AI. They’re intelligent automations designed for operational efficiency. And unlike others in the market, we don’t call them AI just to sound trendy. We call them what they are.

Our future: real AI, built for security

We’re now developing the next generation of AI-powered tools that will soon become part of the SoftGuard platform:

  • Natural language chat systems for customer service, support, and incident management

  • AI-assisted operator workflows, based on alarm type, priority, or client profile

  • Smart video verification with advanced analytics to detect suspicious behavior and escalate accordingly

  • Predictive systems to analyze historical patterns and issue early alerts

  • Cognitive monitoring of operator behavior to detect fatigue or inactivity

  • AI decision models trained on real-world data to support complex, real-time scenarios

These tools are currently in development and will be launched as part of SOFIA — SoftGuard’s new AI suite, backed by our in-house innovation team.

AI won’t work magic. Its real value lies in how it’s used, in what context, and for what purpose. At SoftGuard, we’re committed to using it to empower people, not replace them. To prevent risk, not just respond to it.
