Moving forward, billing and subscription services—such as ULTRA plans and support policy renewals—will be managed directly from Costa Rica. This transition simplifies procedures, reduces wait times, and eliminates the need for international transfers, enhancing the overall client experience and streamlining business operations.
Additionally, this new base reinforces our commitment to training and innovation. It allows us to host more in-person training sessions and networking events, as we successfully did this past November. These opportunities strengthen our connection with users and provide a platform to share the latest trends and advancements in monitoring and security.
