Integrations: Terms and Conditions
The use of certain services provided by the Integrated Manufacturer may be subject to charges. These charges may vary depending on the type of service, frequency of use, and other factors determined by each manufacturer. By using such integrations, you agree that the manufacturer has the right to generate charges for the services you use in accordance with the rates and terms established by their company. The SoftGuard license acquisition refers exclusively to the specific license in question and does not include or cover the costs associated with other licenses or additional services from other manufacturers.
SoftGuard is not responsible for changes made by manufacturers to their products, services, or systems that may affect the existing integration with our products. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in APIs, communication protocols, firmware updates, or other technical specifications used for integration.
In the event that users encounter difficulties due to integration changes caused by third-party actions, SoftGuard will make every effort to provide advice and guidance, but we do not guarantee that the previous functionality can be restored.
By using our products or services, you accept that it is your responsibility to stay informed about changes made by other manufacturers and to take the necessary steps to adapt your integration accordingly.
