With this new feature, emergency buttons on the main screen and personalized buttons on “My Alerts” can now be configured to collect user feedback.
Service providers, including private security companies, municipalities, and private urbanizations, can easily set up questions of interest to the users. When users respond, the SoftGuard system generates an event with the attached survey for analysis and further action.
Furthermore, the Desktop SmartPanics module offers comprehensive statistics on the responses obtained, adding valuable insights to the overall monitoring process.
