The eighth edition of the Smart City Expo Latam Congress in Merida concluded, focusing on the future of smart cities in Latin America.
During the closing ceremony, Ricard Zapatero, CEO of Fira Barcelona Internacional, emphasized the importance of bringing together the brightest minds of Latin America under one roof on the same days to advance the goal of creating smart cities. These minds contribute projects, products, and solutions with real impacts to improve the quality of life for people across the continent.
We showcased our “CitySafe” program, which provides tools to enhance security and empower citizens.
In addition, we also introduced “Purple Code,” a communication platform enabling women to report gender-based violence to public monitoring centers easily and quickly, with multiple control and management functions.
We extend our gratitude to everyone for their visit and presence, especially at the conference led by our Commercial Director, Virginia D’Errico, discussing Purple Code for combating gender-based violence.
