On Tuesday, March 31, Maison de France in Las Condes became the meeting point for key players in Chile’s electronic security industry. SoftGuard and Dahua hosted an event that combined high-value content, technological updates, and the official launch of something highly anticipated: the SoftGuard & Dahua Benefits Club.
The evening began with networking, as the room quickly filled with familiar faces from the industry. The joint welcome set the tone from the start: two companies, one shared vision, and a path that, from now on, will be built together.
A highlight of the first part of the event was the talk by guest speaker Daniel Silva — journalist and innovation expert — who captured the audience’s attention with sharp insights into the technologies shaping today’s business landscape: artificial intelligence, neuromarketing, and applied innovation. A perspective not often seen at traditional industry events, and one of the most talked-about moments of the night.
The Benefits Club was the big announcement of the evening: a program designed to reward loyalty and help grow the business of those who choose to work with both brands. Awards, photos, and a closing toast wrapped up a night that will not be easily forgotten.

Dahua presented its latest innovations, including the launch of the AirShield panel line, followed by a live demonstration of the integration between Dahua and SoftGuard, showcasing how hardware and software work together to enhance security operations.
